All items in the pictures are included and each room has a full set of furniture. The Baby is the only character which is not wooden as they didn't do the baby in the wooden ones
The House and items are all pre loved and show some signs of wear as can be seen in the pictures, but overall this house is in Very good order and has no physical damage, the bell still works and all stickers are intact and comes with a large amount of accessories. All items have been tested and cleaned ready for sale and will come packaged in bright acid free tissue paper and bubble wrap, the put in Hard Cardboard boxing for safe shipping
