Building is complete and in very good condition, all stickers are intact, all clips work well and the whole set shuts securely and carries securely and as it should. 

The set includes a very large amount of characters and accessories, each of which is in very good condition and has been tested, cleaned and checked to ensure the very best ones and then as with all my sets, selected to make up a high quality set. 

Every item pictured is included and comes individually wrapped in lovely brightly coloured acid free tissue paper and bubble wrap, which are then placed carefully in the set and wholes set is then wrapped in the same lovely paper and bubble wrap to ensure it is all very well protected and well presented. 

The set is then placed in more packaging and Hard Cardboard boxing to ensure safe delivery to yourself or to a recipient of your choice.
