STUNNING CONDITION - As pictures show this particular Pop Up tree house really is one of the best aroud, not only does it work perfectly (it has been fully tested) it and its accesories and characters are just in fab condition with very minimal to no wear on them and the stickers likewise are in great condition - And it has original box, complete and in fab condition and original instructions again in fab condition - Condition wise this is a very rare on for one of these tree houses
