Global Sales
I am highly experienced in shipping globally and in packaging items to a high standard to ensure their safe delivery. I have successfully and safely shipped everything from Comics and Vintage Toys to Large Art Deco Dinner services and Vintage glasses, across not only the UK, but across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Oceania.
Globally as well as in the UK, I have been entrusted regularly with gift wrapping and shipping direct to recipient orders, including fulfilling special gift wrap and message requests.
In terms of customs charges, I am not able to price items including customs charges as they vary dependent on each country and on each item as well as on the value of each item, but if you contact me I am happy to assist in seeing if there would be charges for your country for the item you wish to order. .
Packaging, Shipping and the environment
I believe packaging should be 3 things, Attractive, Effective and as environmentally friendly as possible, so all my items come wrapped in lovely bright coloured acid free tissue paper sealed with Pretty Things At Katies recyclable and funky circle stickers, and ceramics grade bubble wrap, I then use clean, strong recycled cardboard, recycled packaging and recyclable plastic mailing sacks for external packing to make sure they are well protected in transit. All my items also benefit from combined shipping.
Gift wrapping is available on all items at a small cost and is always done to a high standard with Paper suitable for the gift and recipient, Fabric wrapping choices are also available for gift wrapping.
VINTAGE TOYS and CHILD SAFETY
All toys I sell are pre loved so are cleaned and tested to ensure they work as they should do and if any element doesn't work it will always be clearly noted in the details. I always source and select the best condition toys I can to build my sets and offer the selections I do.
Safety and children -The design, manufacturing and / or testing standards in regard of SUITABILITY FOR CHILDREN of vintage and pre loved toys, is not the same as a new toy / one designed, manufactured and tested today, for this reason all toys I sell are simply labelled / listed, 'unsuitable for children' and 'the safe use of them is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
