Shipping policy

 

We Ship Globally to Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. All items Nationally and Internationally are Shipped Tracked and with Royal Mail. 

All items are shipped within 48 hours unless there is a specific request from a buyer or a specific issue re an order, which we will immediately contact you regarding if an issue arises and most items are shipped within 24 hours 

Customs Fees for Buyers outside the UK

As a buyer, you are responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applied to an import by the country the item is delivered to.  

Customs charges if apply based on value or item and what the item is, are usually requested by the customs office of the country, once the package arrives in the destination country. The cost of the charges is based on: 

• The Duties, fees and taxes of the destination country
• The price and type of item 
• The dimensions and weight of the package 
• The country the package has been shipped from - In this case the United Kingdom

Your local customs office can be contacted to see IF additional charges need to be paid for your order, it is not 

 

Shipping and Returns

As a buyer you are responsible for providing accurate and correct shipping details in terms of Full name and Full Address, some items will need to be signed for on their arrival to be released to the purchaser. 

Should an Item be returned,  all returns must be returned in line with returns policy and all postage paid by the buyer, in line with returns policy
