Returns and Refund Policy

No Final sale items or reduced items are eligible for return unless damaged in the post 

There is no restocking fee charged for returning an item 

Customers must organise and pay for return shipping 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue and retain all packaging including labels so we may offer assistance swiftly

A change of mind return request please return Item within 14 days 

To be eligible for a general return, your item must be returned within 14 days and must also be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to enclose the original packing slip receipt ( we can accept a receipt printed off from online shop order) as proof of purchase, with the return.

Please note that Items sent back to us without first making contact and requesting a return or that do not have the packing slip or printed copy of the order in with them, can not be accepted as the return needs to be verified to your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Process for a returns Request due to Damage / issues - Item must be returned within 14 days 

This is a very rare occurrence, but If the item has been damaged in the post or is the wrong item, please let us know asap, to process a return on this basis, its important to photograph all of the packaging and the shipping label on the packaging, as well as taking some pictures of the item, then send them to us prettythingsatkaties@gmail.com 

This enables us to issue a Free shipping label for the items return and helps us action a refund for the item as soon as it comes back and is checked. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as items which are not in the condition they were sent out in (unless it was a wrong item or a damaged in the post one and evidence provided) and items that have not had a return request opened within 14 days
